The Imagginary app:
The app runs entirely on your local machine. No prompts, images, scripts, characters, or projects are ever sent to our servers. We have no access to anything you create inside the app.
The Imagginary website:
We use Umami Analytics to understand how people use imagginary.com. Umami collects anonymous data only — page views, referrer URLs, browser type, device type, operating system, and country. No cookies are used. No personally identifiable information is collected. You cannot be identified from this data.
Paid plan billing:
If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect your name, email address, and payment information solely for billing purposes. Payment is processed by a third-party provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. Billing data is retained as required by law.
You can request deletion of your billing data at any time by emailing shashankgovindaraju@gmail.com
We may update this policy. We will notify paid users by email of any material changes.
