1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Imagginary, you agree to these terms.

2. What Imagginary Is

Imagginary is a local AI storyboard generator for Mac. It runs entirely on your machine using Ollama and ComfyUI. Your content never leaves your device.

3. Free Plan

The free version of Imagginary is provided as-is, open source, under the MIT License. There are no usage limits on the free plan.

4. Paid Plans

We offer paid plans with additional features. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fee
• Provide accurate billing information including your name and email
• We collect this information solely for billing and account management
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time — no refunds for partial billing periods

5. Your Content

Everything you create in Imagginary — prompts, panels, storyboards, characters — belongs entirely to you. We have no access to it. You are free to use your output for any personal or commercial purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Imagginary to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

7. No Warranty

Imagginary is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Imagginary after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Paid users will be notified by email of material changes.
